Heat Transfer Graphics

A Proven Process: Heat Transfer is the process of applying an ultra-thin dry pigmented vinyl ink onto heated flexible vinyl substrate. The heat transfer machine uses heat and vacuum as a transfer medium. When the FlexFace is heated, it softens, which allows the paint on paper to melt onto the surface. This process embeds the color, assuring no possibility of graphics peeling or flaking, contrary to other methods of applying graphics.

Graphics become virtually unlimited allowing even the most complex custom-made graphics to be heat transferred, and offers the most versatile and cost-effective alternative for limited production runs. Heat Transfer has become the premier source for permanent graphic decoration worldwide in the sign and awning industry. Signtech products: www.arlon.com
