A
Proven Process: Heat Transfer is the process
of applying an ultra-thin dry pigmented vinyl
ink onto heated flexible vinyl substrate. The
heat transfer machine uses heat and vacuum as
a transfer medium. When the FlexFace is heated,
it softens, which allows the paint on paper
to melt onto the surface. This process embeds
the color, assuring no possibility of graphics
peeling or flaking, contrary to other methods
of applying graphics.
